Hayley Pears

Hayley, a member of the Customer Care team, identified a process improvement during a training class which she then took the initiative to follow-through.  The change she identified was put into practice and made other employee’s jobs easier and also assisted customers when calling in with questions.  Great job Hayley for identifying the need and following through! 

Tyler Lewis

Tyler, a Credit Analyst at MCSB has been identified as a great team player.  He has gone above and beyond in assisting to train employees and those transitioning into new roles. He has taken the initiative to create and implement training sessions. Those participating in these sessions are very grateful for his leadership.
