Mercer County State Bank is seeking a Senior Credit Officer at our Sandy Lake location. This position will be responsible for performing and managing the Credit Department in order to ensure the efficient and accurate analysis of credit risk for new loan request and existing lending relationships, as well as correct structuring primarily for commercial loans; developing, implementing, and achieving annual goals and objectives; ensuring the department’s compliance with various operating policies and procedures and various regulatory requirements, supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic management reports.
